I could not do full hellcat. The 392 has more then enough power. I paint it mint green. I for sure do air bags.

I’d go old school. A BB Chevy with a lumpy cam. Lose the vinyl roof, paint it black and chrome those railroad tie bumpers. It’ll never be “fast” but it will be fun.

I could not do black. I do mint green, or taxi cab yellow.

The originals were powered by Continental I6s, so swap in another Continental 6 cylinder...
Continental IO-550: a 550ci air-cooled flat 6 making 280-360 horsepower (and 700lb-ft of torque).

There was a movie with an all black one back in the late 80s. The car was beautiful. (I can’t remember the movie though. It had Bronson Pinchot and John Laroquette I think)

turn the marathon into a dirt-track style racecar. 4 speed manual, smallblock, deep gears.
